Hayward Gardens Post Acute in Hayward, CA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with flexible schedules, welcoming both new graduates and experienced therapists.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering skilled OT interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
