Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – In-House for the Main Street Care Center in Avon Lake, OH. This in-house, family-owned therapy organization prioritizes patient-centered care and clinician-led collaboration.

You will provide skilled OT services, assist with evaluations and treatment planning, and work with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence and safety for residents. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is provided.
