Job summary

Autumn Lake at Glade Valley in Walkersville, MD is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support residents’ daily function and independence. You will assess and treat ADLs, balance, strength, and coordination, and collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and other rehab professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Glade Valley. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve daily function, safety, and independence.
