• Reassess outcomes, adjust goals, and supervise COTA services.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Calvert Manor. Help skilled nursing residents rebuild the abilities behind their daily routines, combining hands-on treatment with practical adaptations that support participation during recovery.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents' self-care skills, upper-extremity abilities, cognition, and tolerance for activity.

• Develop individualized plans of care that connect clinical findings with residents' priorities and discharge needs.

• Provide treatment for dressing, bathing, toileting, functional transfers, and other meaningful daily activities.

• Recommend adaptive equipment and teach residents and caregivers techniques for completing tasks safely.

• Reassess outcomes, adjust treatment goals, and supervise COTA services.

• Document evaluations and treatment progress, coordinating recommendations with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues.
