Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake in Lutherville-Timonium, MD is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents improve daily living skills and safety.

Licensed OT in Maryland required. New graduates welcome. Competitive pay $43–$50/hour with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and CE support.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland OT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy plans of care.
• Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance.
• Establish meaningful treatment goals and monitor progress.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support daily activities.
• Adjust treatment approaches based on resident needs and clinical progress.
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that promote independence and safety.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Work closely with COTAs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity at Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you'll help residents strengthen everyday skills and work toward greater safety, function, and independence.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy plans of care
