Autumn Lake at Birch Manor in Sykesville, MD is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position on the rehabilitation team. You will provide individualized therapy to enhance safety, daily function, and independence for residents.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, ADL training, and collaboration with COTAs and nurses. Maryland license is required; new grads are welcome to apply, with benefits, CE support, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland OT license is required.

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Birch Manor. In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized occupational therapy focused on helping residents improve safety, daily function, and overall independence.

What You'll Do

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled interventions addressing ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance
• Establish meaningful therapy goals and monitor resident progress
• Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support safe daily activities
• Modify plans of care based on resident needs and response to treatment
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support independence
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
