Job summary

Autumn Lake at Birch Manor in Sykesville, MD is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time role focuses on improving residents' safety, daily function, and independence through personalized OT evaluations and treatment plans.

You will address ADLs, balance, strength, and coordination; educate residents and caregivers; collaborate with CNAs and nursing staff; complete documentation; and participate in a team that values growth and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Birch Manor. In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized occupational therapy focused on helping residents improve safety, daily function, and overall independence.
