Job summary

Ultimate Therapy seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Long View in Manchester, MD. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits to support residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

The OT will perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver interventions focusing on ADLs, strength, balance, cognition, and functional skills, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Long View. This is an excellent opportunity to help residents regain independence and improve everyday function while working alongside a collaborative team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

What You'll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional skills
• Help residents build greater independence with everyday tasks and routines
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on resident needs
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
