Autumn Lake at Glade Valley in Walkersville, MD is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time role focuses on individualized therapy to improve residents' daily function, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating plans of care, addressing ADLs, coordinating with COTAs and nursing staff, documenting progress, and educating residents and caregivers on safe daily activities. Maryland OT license required.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Glade Valley. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve daily function, safety, and independence.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
