Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Moneta, VA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will work to restore patient function and achieve therapy goals with residents, guiding education and discharge planning to sustain outcomes.

We offer flexible pay options (on-demand and weekly), comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, CEUs, tuition opportunities, and 401K. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday with wages from $39.00 to $49.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• OT degree (Bachelor's or Master's) from an accredited program.
• Valid OT license for the employing state.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with EHR and service-delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Restore patient function and meet therapy goals in SNF.

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Shifts & Wages:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday
• Wage: $39.00 - $49.00 per hour
