Saber Health Group in Virginia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients, design rehab plans, and educate patients and families to maximize function and independence on discharge.

Candidates must have an OT degree (BS or MS), state license, and basic computer skills. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time roles, shifts Monday–Friday, with $40.00–$50.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Shifts & Wages:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday
• Wage: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
