Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled nursing facility therapy team. The role focuses on restoring function and guiding patients through discharge plans with education and exercise programs.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy and a current state license, with comfort using EHR and service delivery software. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with day shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education and independent exercise.

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.
