Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to help residents in a skilled nursing facility regain independence and function. You will educate patients and design personalized exercise programs to meet therapy goals.

Full-time opportunities are available with daytime shifts. Requirements include an OT degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), current state license, and basic computer/EHR skills. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

• Wage: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
