Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based pediatric services, evaluate and plan individualized treatments, and collaborate with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• NBCOT certification in good standing.
• Colorado DORA OT license or ability to obtain.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team.
• Provide culturally competent, family-centered care.
• Complete case management and documentation in line with department standards.

What We Offer

• Salary: $80,000 to $112,000/year or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour
• Compensation flexibility: Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour models
