Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado Springs seeks a new graduate Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric outpatient team. You’ll work alongside OTs, OTAs, and cross-disciplinary colleagues in a supportive, mentorship-focused environment.

From day one you’ll receive supervision and a gradual ramp-up of caseload, with 30–60 minute one-to-one sessions, two weekly patient evaluations, and built-in documentation time to keep your personal time balanced. Sign-on and productivity bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Active NBCOT certification in good standing.
• Colorado DORA OT license (or ability to obtain).
• New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding with dedicated supervision and mentorship from day one.
• Caseload and workload ramping during first month.
• Two weekly patient evaluations for hands-on assessment experience.
• Dedicated time for documentation to protect evenings/weekends.

Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

Compensation

New grads receive a salary compensation range of $78,000-82,000/year. Plus,we have anannual productivitybonus of up to $9,000/year.
