Woven Care in Aurora, CO is seeking an Occupational Therapist or COTA to help children build independence and everyday skills in a collaborative, clinic-wide setting with speech, physical, and behavior therapy colleagues.

Practice is play-based and client-centered from day one, with monthly learning topics and resources, and a team that emphasizes meaningful, enjoyable clinical work while supporting documentation, planning, and preparation.

Qualifications

• 6-9 children per day with manageable productivity expectations (OTs: 65% / 26 billed hours per week; COTAs: 73% / 29.2 billed hours per week).
• Built-in time for documentation, planning, and preparation so you can actually do your best work.

You'll work side by side with speech therapists, physical therapists, and behavior analysts every day. When a child needs a coordinated approach, the whole team is right there; no referrals to outside providers, no siloed care.
