Job summary

Woven Care, a pediatric outpatient practice in Colorado Springs, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a New Grad role. You’ll be guided by experienced OTs and work within a multidisciplinary team to support children and families. Onboarding includes mentorship and gradually ramped caseloads.

You’ll conduct 30–60 minute 1-on-1 sessions, collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA colleagues, and participate in a structured growth program with CEU support and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OTs, COTAs, and cross-disciplinary colleagues to support pediatric clients.
• Onboarding includes supervision and gradually ramping caseloads.
• Provide 30–60 minute one-to-one sessions to foster client and caregiver relationships.
• Support a 75% productivity expectation with team backing.

Compensation

Yourcompensationwill rangefrom$30-32/hour with GUARANTEED payregardless ofcancelations!Plus,we have anannual productivitybonus of up to $9,000/year.
