Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in collaboration with facilities across our network. You will screen, evaluate, and implement effective treatment plans while promoting patient independence and safety.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in ongoing professional development to advance clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT program graduation.
• Current state OT license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab technicians during therapy sessions.
• Coordinate discharge planning and case management with facilities.
• Maintain professional conduct and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Stay current with billing models and clinical guidelines.
