Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide OT and related services in skilled nursing facilities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge planning while collaborating with facility staff.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab techs, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster quality patient care. NBCOT certification and active state licensure are required with strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification and valid state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with therapy guidelines.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop initial and ongoing treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab techs; manage case coordination and provide clinical leadership.
