Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide OT services to patients in SNFs. You will conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and oversee assistants to deliver quality care aligned with regulatory guidelines.

The role requires NBCOT certification and an active OT license where applicable. Clinicians participate in continuing education and clinical leadership programs, with flexible scheduling and strong support from a therapist-led leadership team.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification is required.
• State OT license (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy (OT) and related services to patients.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Discharge planning; supervision of assistants and rehab techs; case management.
• Maintain professional conduct and compliance with state and federal regulations.
