Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide OT services in skilled nursing facilities. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with facilities to ensure quality patient care in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, supervising COTAs and rehab techs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. A strong clinical record and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification and state license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, and development of treatment plans.
• Discharge planning, supervision of assistants and rehab techs, and case management responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and Reliant Rehabilitation policies.
• Directly supervise COTAs and Rehab Techs to ensure efficient use of resources.
