Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities. You will develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, discharge planning, and collaborate with facilities to ensure quality care.

The role emphasizes supervision of COTAs and rehab techs, compliance with state regulations, and ongoing professional development within a RELIANT framework.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification and state OT license.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak English and interact with facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services and develop treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Develop and maintain the OT program within partner facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts and OBRA guidelines.
• Maintain licensure and infection control standards.
