Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in collaboration with a clinical team. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning to optimize functional outcomes.

The role emphasizes supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, adherence to state practice acts, and ongoing professional development in a patient‑centered, compliant care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians; manage case work and documentation.
