UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role requires ongoing CEUs and current Illinois licensure.

Job description

Work Schedule:

Per Diem, varying schedule, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

Qualifications

• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. Required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
