UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to provide flexible coverage at the hospital located on 1401 E State St. The role offers evening, night, and weekend differentials, overtime pay, and on-call compensation as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Applicants should have graduated from an accredited OT program and maintain current Illinois licensure or licensure in process.

Qualifications
