Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Thief River Falls, MN. You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

The position is full-time, daytime, with a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with company match, licensure reimbursement, life insurance, STD/LTD, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
