South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT in Santa Rosa, CA. The role requires a licensed OT to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver patient care.

Compensation is $60.00–$62.00 per hour. Candidates should hold an OT degree (AOTA recognized) and NBCOT certification, with active state licensure. We offer a collaborative, growth‑focused environment and Visa sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist in-state.
• NBCOT designation if state mandated.
• Ot holds active license/registration to practice in-state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation form accurately and timely.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment and adapt modalities while adhering to precautions.
