Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The role offers hourly compensation of $60-$62, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development through Enhance Therapies.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with MDs to obtain orders. Valid state license and NBCOT certification required; H1B sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) per state requirements.
• NBCOT certification recognized where applicable.
• Current state license/registration to practice OT.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on medical orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver therapy with appropriate modalities and modify as needed within safety guidelines.
