Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive OT evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with MD orders, guiding short- and long-term goals for patients across care settings.

Licensed or registered OT with NBCOT is required. We offer flexible scheduling, online CEU credits, a 401K match, and career growth opportunities within a 30+ year, nationwide therapy network.

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) with NBCOT (if state mandates)
• Current license/registration to practice OT in-state as applicable
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy (B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate) recognized by AOTA

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide treatment using modalities and adjust plan per patient needs and safety precautions.
