Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated care team. This role requires an active OT license with NBCOT designation where required, focusing on thorough evaluations and effective treatment planning to improve patient outcomes.

You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, document findings promptly, and implement long- and short-term goals using appropriate modalities, while ensuring MD orders and facility guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT designation (if required by state).
• Active Michigan OT license or eligible in-state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver patient-centered OT treatment using modalities and adjust as needed per precautions.
