Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered Occupational Therapist (in-state as applicable).
• NBCOT designation (if state mandates).
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, frequency and duration.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment utilizing modalities and adjust therapy per precautions.
