Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our Michigan team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans with goals, and ensure orders and documentation meet guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT designation (OTR) when required by state.
• OT degree (B.S./M.A./M.S./D.O.T.) recognized by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms accurately and timely.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
