Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. A licensed OT is required to apply, with NBCOT recognition preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to apply
• NBCOT designation (if state mandated)
• Current OT license in-state as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment using modalities and adapt as indicated while observing safety precautions.
