Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Must be licensed and/or registered to apply, with a competitive compensation range and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S.,MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy that the AOTA recognizes.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR where required by state law.
• OT holds a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to guidelines.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Obtain necessary MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment using appropriate modalities and adjust care per precautions.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (AOTA recognized)
