Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team. Deliver comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans while adhering to physician orders and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an ACOTE‑accredited OT program.
• NBCOT designation (OTR) if state requires it.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form promptly and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver treatment to patients using modalities and adjust as needed while following safety precautions.
