Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges in a permanent, full-time role.

Qualifying candidates hold an AOTA-recognized OT degree, NBCOT OTR certification, and an active license. Competitive compensation ($75,000-$98,000/year) with benefits and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Occupational Therapy license/registration in-state.
• NBCOT OTR designation (as required by state).
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy (B.S., M.S., or Doctorate) recognized by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standard evaluation forms in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment using appropriate modalities and adjust as needed while following safety precautions.
