Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Pennsylvania is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services, screen and evaluate patients, and develop and implement treatment plans across partner facilities.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, maintain an active state license, stay current with clinical guidelines, and contribute to a growing occupational therapy program while upholding infection-control protocols and compliant billing practices.

Qualifications

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients' functional abilities through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of OT services.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to COTAs.
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Technicians during therapy sessions, ensuring proper resource use and compliance.
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of a strong occupational therapy program.
• Advance clinical competencies through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on OT developments.
• Apply knowledge of billing models and guidelines to deliver compliant, high-quality care.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English for documentation and care.
