Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ohio. You will deliver occupational therapy services aligned with professional standards and our organization’s guidelines, building strong relationships with patients and care facilities.

You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning, and supervise assistants and rehab technicians. Maintaining licensure and compliance with regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with professional standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s guidelines.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care.
• Screen patients and evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Uphold professional conduct and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
