Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PT to join our growing team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care based on MD orders to support patients in various settings.

Must be licensed/registered to practice and NBCOT designation where required. We offer pay of $75,000–$90,000/year, plus benefits and sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered OT (in-state license where applicable).
• NBCOT designation as an OT (if state-mandated).
• Graduate from an accredited OT program (B.S./M.A./M.S. or Doctorate).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and adjust as indicated while adhering to precautions.
