Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (PT) to join our team. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $65.00 per hour, with a focus on flexible scheduling and clinical education support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification recognized where applicable.
• Active state licensure in-state required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms accurately and timely.
• Develop detailed treatment plans with goals, frequency, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatments using appropriate modalities while adhering to safety precautions.
