PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in acute care settings.

You will assist with rehabilitation activities, establish patient relationships, collaborate with clinicians, and contribute to community care initiatives while supporting a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved occupational therapist assistant program.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association.

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists the Occupational Therapist in the practice of occupational therapy to include development deficits, activities of daily living work conditioning, range of motion, coordination, balance endurance, cognition, and exercise programs to restore function and increase strength.
