Job summary

PT Solutions in Crestview, Florida is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to expand access to transformative care and lead evidence-based therapy in an acute care setting. You will collaborate with hospital teams and contribute to ongoing professional development opportunities.

The role offers mentorship, flexible CE options through MedBridge, and opportunities to work with diverse neuro, trauma, and ortho patients while earning a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT registered or eligible for registration.
• Current or pending state licensure to practice OT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient toward their prior level of functioning or next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff.
• Build and maintain relationships across hospital teams (physicians, case management, nurses).

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-101,000/year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
