Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our acute care team in Crestview, FL. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients regain function and progress through care pathways within a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to return to prior level of functioning or progress to the next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case management, nurses and other hospital teams.

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-101,000/year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
