PCH Home Health - Bluefield is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes, following a supervising OT plan of care. You will work within state laws, document patient responses, and educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques.

Qualifikationen

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.

Aufgaben

• Follow state laws governing occupational therapy in home care and the supervising OT’s treatment plan.
• Instruct and assist patients in evidence-based therapy within scope and state laws.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses and condition changes to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Educate patient, family, and care team on therapy within scope of OTA duties.
• Provide care to diverse patient populations regardless of background.
