Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's PCH Home Health - Bluefield is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide home-based occupational therapy to patients across Mercer, McDowell, Summers and Monroe Counties in West Virginia.

You will follow a plan of care under a supervising OTA, adhere to state laws, and educate families and care teams while working within a collaborative, patient‑centered environment that values caring, connection, and growth.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in home health following the plan of care.
• Follow state laws and supervising OT instructions.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment.
• Educate patient, family, and care team on therapy within scope.
• Operate in diverse home settings ensuring equitable care.
