Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy in patients' homes, helping them regain independence and perform daily living activities.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with physicians, supervise COTAs when appropriate, and document visits using AI-assisted tools. Flexible scheduling and supportive leadership accompany competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and home environment assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Improve functional mobility and daily living skills through therapy.

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist , you will provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes to help them regain independence, improve daily function, and safely perform activities of daily living.
