You will evaluate, develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life, while documenting progress in the EMR and collaborating with PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists. Telehealth may be used to extend access and flexibility.

Document patient progress accurately within the EMR system and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists.
