Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing care plans, delivering therapy sessions, documenting in electronic medical records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists.

Physical Requirements

Ability to exert medium effort, assist with patient transfers, reposition patients, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, drive to patient locations, and wear PPE when needed.
