Job summary

Health Here in Auburn, AL is seeking a compassionate occupational therapist to provide one-on-one therapy to older adults in private homes and senior communities. You will assess mobility, independence, and quality of life, and deliver evidence-based treatments to improve daily functioning.

You will develop personalized care plans, document progress in an EMR, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Active OT license or eligibility in the practice state(s).
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Proficiency with basic computer use and EMR systems.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and repositioning patients, and driving.
