Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based program in Tukwila, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role serves K-12 students with up to 30 caseload in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment, IEP participation, and collaboration with teachers and families. Washington State OT licensure and ESA certification are required, with OSPI fingerprinting as part of the credential process.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State OT license.
• Must hold ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI.

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
